Johnson & Johnson's experimental prostate cancer drug JNJ-6143 has shown promising anti-tumour activity in early-stage clinical trial involving patients with advanced prostate cancer who had already undergone multiple treatments. The once-daily oral medicine produced substantial reductions in prostate-specific antigen levels & measurable tumour responses in patients receiving 50-milligram dose.
