HYDERABAD: The Hyderabad Disaster Response and Asset Protection Agency (HYDRAA) on Saturday dismantled an alleged illegal groundwater extraction and supply network near Sunnam Cheruvu in. HYDRAA launched a large-scale operation against illegal borewells around Sunnam Cheruvu in Madhapur, targeting a decades old water. Responding to a series of complaint, officials swung into action and removed illegal boreholes, motors, pipelines and sheds within the Sunnam Cheruvu FTL.
