ABVP's JNU unit claimed that graffiti carrying slogans including "Free Umar Khalid" and "Long Live Naxalbari" had appeared on campus walls and public spaces. While ABVP blamed All India Students' Association for the graffiti, a JNU official said the university is looking into it. This comes after 'Free Kashmir' and 'Free Sharjeel Imam' graffiti was seen in Jamia Millia Islamia.
