A traders' association has written to Rahul Gandhi seeking the postponement of the Congress rally scheduled at Delhi's Ramlila Maidan on November 1. Citing the peak Diwali shopping season, the body warned that traffic restrictions and disruptions around nearly 20 major wholesale and retail markets could impact business worth up to ₹10,000 crore and affect trade activity for several days.
