A 33-year-old named Mohammad Hasan Abu Sarmad Akhtar was arrested by the Mumbai ATS for allegedly having ties with the Pakistan-based terrorist group Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM). "An examination of his mobile phone revealed inflammatory posts and audio clips featuring Masood Azhar," ATS said. A probe is underway regarding this alleged contact with operatives from Pakistan.
