TPCC president and MLC B Mahesh Kumar Goud on Friday has called for precautionary measures to prevent drought conditions in Telangana due to the impact of El Niño. Goud disclosed that the state currently holds only 209 TMC of water against the required standard of 460 TMC, reflecting a critical deficit. He urged all political parties and citizens to unite.
