Double Asian Games gold medallist Neeru Dhanda spoke about the challenges of being a vegetarian, especially when travelling abroad, where finding Indian food can often be difficult. Speaking at the NDTV World Summit 2026, Neeru, who became the first Indian woman to win an individual Asian Games gold medal in trap shooting, revealed that she often carries homemade churma and laddoos prepared by her mother on overseas tours.
