KSRTC AWATAR v2.0 has recorded over 15 lakh downloads within a month of its launch, with around 2.7 lakh seats booked. The One Karnataka Mobility platform integrates services from all four state transport corporations and allows passengers to book bus tickets through WhatsApp, cancel tickets, view transaction details and register complaints.
