The Indian Medical Association has written to Union Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, objecting to portrayal of medical profession in Sunny Deol's upcoming film 'Suryaa'. The IMA expressed concern over depiction of violence against doctors and that it may show corruption in healthcare as a common problem. It sought corrective action from filmmakers or a ban if warranted under law.
