On Prabhas' 47th birthday on October 23, director Nag Ashwin released a first-look video of the actor returning as bounty hunter Bhairava for the Kalki 2898 AD sequel. The 32-second clip showed Prabhas in silhouette on a blue-screen set, donning his iconic armour and seated in vehicle Bujji, with Ashwin calling 'action'.
