A delivery executive named Sameer Hussain died by suicide following an assault over a torn ₹10 note in Delhi on October 20. Hussain claimed a customer and his neighbour slapped and humiliated him after he refused the damaged note. Police arrested both accused and added abetment of suicide charges to the FIR.
