Defence Minister Rajnath Singh addressed the Indian diaspora in Dushanbe, Tajikistan, highlighting India's economic growth at 7.8%, defence exports of ₹38,424 crore, UPI transactions rising to ₹314 lakh crore, and 25 crore people lifted out of poverty. He also felicitated Prof Habibullo Rajabov, Tajikistan's first Padma Shri awardee, for contributions to Hindi literature.
