Shiv Sena appoints Anand Paranjape as party spokesperson. Former MP Anand Paranjape has been appointed spokesperson of the Eknath Shinde-led Shiv Sena, the party announced on Tuesday. The appointment was made on Shinde's instructions and will continue until internal organisational elections. Paranjape, who rejoined Shiv Sena earlier this year after leaving the NCP, said he would communicate the party's ideology, policies and objectives to the public.
