Assam Police to challenge bail in Zubeen Garg death case. Assam Police will approach the Supreme Court to challenge bail granted by Gauhati High Court to accused Amritprava Mahanta and Sandipon Garg in singer Zubeen Garg's death case. SIT Chief Munna Prasad Gupta said appeals will be filed once courts reopen. Trial is ongoing in a fast-track court with 134 witnesses examined.
