Kumaraswamy proposes 15-year cap on govt job tenure, says it will give others a chance. Union minister and JD(S) state president HD Kumaraswamy Friday proposed limiting govt job tenures to 10 to 15 years, followed by a monthly pension of Rs 8,000 to Rs 10,000 to help more households access public employment. He said he would work on the proposal if his party forms the govt in 2028.
