Court issues process against Yashovardhan Birla, 12 others in IPO funds diversion case. A sessions court on Thursday issued process against Yashovardhan Birla and 12 others on a complaint filed by the Deputy Registrar of Companies, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Govt of India, over funds raised through an IPO for BPML and alleged diversion of part of those funds through several entities.
