8 out of 10 new TCS hires will need to have digital, AI skills. TCS expects around 80% of its new hires to have digital and artificial intelligence (AI) skills, a top company official said. Chief Operating Officer Arathi Subramanian said 25-30% of the 4,500 employees hired in the second quarter had specialised AI skills, while around 80% had new-age technology skills. She added that the trend would continue, with talent available in India.
