Northern Lights light up skies across southern England. Pictures shared on social media showed the UK skies illuminated by the Northern Lights on Friday and Saturday evenings. Usually visible near the Arctic Circle and in northern Scotland, the Northern Lights or aurora borealis were also seen across southern England, including Devon, Hampshire and Kent. The Met Office said people could continue seeing the lights until Tuesday.
