Rename Pacific or Atlantic Ocean to 'Trump Ocean', says Trump. US President Donald Trump suggested renaming the Pacific or Atlantic Ocean as "Trump Ocean" or "Ocean of the Americas" during a campaign rally in Tennessee. "We need a river. We need an ocean," he said. Trump has previously suggested renaming Strait of Hormuz to Trump Strait, Lake Ontario to Lake America and the Gulf of Mexico to Gulf of America.
