Kerala High Court said citizens have the right to choose what to wear, and society can't dictate what a person must wear. "What dress one wears is...matter of personal choice...This case isn't a contest between saree...and churidar," it said. It allowed headmistress to enter her school after she was allegedly stopped at its gates for wearing churidar instead of saree.
