No ground rent for puja committees in city this yr. Chief minister Mohan Charan Majhi on Wednesday waived ground rent for the committees organising Durga Puja, Lakshmi Puja, Kali Puja, Ravana Podi, Bhasani Utsav and related cultural programmes in the Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation area, in view of the social and cultural significance of the festivals and enthusiasm of the public.
