Karnataka govt partners with ElevenLabs on AI voice restoration. Voice artificial intelligence startup ElevenLabs has partnered with the Karnataka government on an initiative aimed at helping people who have lost the ability to speak, communicate using a synthetic version of their own voice. The initiative is part of a memorandum of understanding (MoU) signed between ElevenLabs and the Karnataka Innovation and Technology Society (KITS).
