HC backs MPSC protesters, says 'Students can't be termed anti-nationals'. The Bombay High Court said students demanding greater transparency in Maharashtra Public Service Commission (MPSC) exams have the right to agitate if they believe there are lapses in the recruitment process. It stated that the government should restore their trust. "If they are agitating it means there are some serious grievances; such students cannot be termed as anti-nationals," it added.
