Minor alleges car assault in Kerala, POCSO case filed. Kumbla police have registered a case under the POCSO Act after a 16-year-old girl allegedly reported that she was sexually assaulted inside a car near Kumbla railway station.The case has been registered against Ahmed Afsal, a resident within the limits of Kasaragod Town Police Station. Police have begun an investigation.
