Delhi govt withholds 'promotion' of ACP accused of sexually harassing journalist. Delhi government has withheld current duty charge of Additional DCP assigned to ACP Vivek Bhagat, who has been accused of sexually harassing journalist during protest at Jantar Mantar. It said Bhagat requested not to take the charge until Crime Branch inquiry concludes. The Delhi government also clarified the temporary assignment was initiated on August 25 and carried no financial benefit.
