Which railway waitlist has the best chance of confirmation. GNWL (General Wait List) has the best chance of confirmation, as it gets priority from cancellations and released quota. It is followed by RLWL (Remote Location Wait List), which generally moves slower due to its smaller, station-specific quota, while PQWL (Pooled Quota Wait List) has an even lower chance. TQWL depends on Tatkal quota and cancellations.
