Rajesh Kumar, who ran a kadhi-chawal cart in Haryana till 2019, bought a luxurious farmhouse and a Mercedes after luring investors with promises of high returns and Dubai flats. Kumar, along with three others, used fake apps to show inflated profits to investors. Police have arrested Kumar and seized his Mercedes in the alleged investment fraud worth crores.
