IIT Delhi PhD scholar found injured at flat dies after 46 days, abetment of suicide case filed. An IIT Delhi PhD scholar died on October 3 after undergoing treatment for over 45 days following injuries sustained at his rented accommodation in Munirka on August 18. Police said he was found unconscious inside the locked house and was taken to AIIMS. An FIR was registered following Supreme Court's directions. The incident did not occur on IIT.
