Mysuru Palace gets festive makeover ahead of Dasara 2026. Mysuru Palace is being prepared for Dasara 2026, with workers repairing electrical lights, replacing burnt-out bulbs and painting heritage poles and iron grills. Seating arrangements and pandals are also being set up for cultural programmes. Meanwhile, 12 palace elephants are taking part in morning and evening rehearsal walks, followed by baths and feeding at their sheds.
