A 39-year-old driver from Medchal allegedly died by suicide on railway tracks between Gungulapochampally and Medchal following a domestic dispute. The Secunderabad Railway Police have registered a case and launched an investigation. Hyderabad: A 39-year-old man allegedly died by suicide following a domestic dispute at Medchal on November 7.
