Mumbai airport’s Terminal 1B redevelopment to begin in Jan 2027. Adani Airport Holdings Ltd (AAHL)-operated Mumbai International Airport Ltd (MIAL) will begin the phased redevelopment of the North Section of Terminal 1B at Mumbai airport from January 2027, citing safety concerns surrounding the nearly 60-year-old infrastructure. The redevelopment will initially involve demolition of the North Section of Terminal 1B.
