CBI chargesheets RCom, executives in Rs 3,750 cr LIC fraud. CBI filed its 8th chargesheet in the Reliance ADA Group cases against RCom, former Group MD Amitabh Jhunjhunwala, Sr. VP Vishwas Joshi, and ex-LIC CIO P. Venugopal. In 2012, LIC subscribed to RCom NCDs worth Rs 1,500 crore based on misrepresentations; funds were allegedly diverted to ADA group, causing Rs 3,750 crore loss to LIC.
