Several areas in Delhi-NCR such as Laxmi Nagar, Akshardham flyover and Ghazipur witnessed heavy traffic jam. Diwali rush brought traffic across several parts of the national capital to a crawl on Friday, days ahead of the festival, with bumper-to-bumper movement and commuters inching.
