A relative of the family behind Indonesia’s Sinar Mas Group is in talks to buy Income Centre in Singapore for more than S$265 million. The buyer is conducting exclusive due diligence on Income Centre at 75 Bras Basah Road, a market source told Mingtiandi, confirming the expected price first reported by Singapore’s Business Times on Friday.
