In a Diwali relief for 19 Ulwe flat buyers, the Maharashtra Real Estate Appellate Tribunal has directed Prathmesh Construction to hand over possession within 30 days of receiving outstanding dues. The developer has disputed the claims and plans to challenge the order before the Bombay High Court.
