As Telangana moves towards publication of the final electoral roll, Election Commission data shows that scrutiny has been completed in nearly all of the 92.8 lakh voter records flagged during the Special Intensive Revision (SIR), though questions remain over more than 1.3 lakh cases yet to be accounted for in the latest disposal figures.
