Delhi Police arrested alleged banned PLA (Manipur) member RK Regan Singh alias Gandhi in Delhi, accused of UAPA cases, extortion, fake ID use and money laundering. The accused, RK Regan Singh alias Gandhi (35), a resident of Thangmeiband Lourongurel Leikai in Manipur, was arrested from Yusuf Sarai in South Delhi by Crime Branch.
