North Lakhimpur: Richita Hazarika, a young scientist from North Lakhimpur in Assam, has been selected for a fully funded doctoral fellowship under the European Union’s Marie Sk?odowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) programme to pursue research at the Universidad Pública de Navarra (UPNA) in Spain. Hazarika will join the university as a doctoral researcher under the European Union-funded.
