Pune-based Shraddha Khule, who joined Canva in 2023, spoke about the benefits in a video titled "This is what Canva is offering us as our severance package" after her layoff. Losing a job is never easy, and it can understandably leave an employee bitter toward an organisation, but one woman had nothing but praise for Canva after she became one of the many people.
