West Bengal CM Suvendu Adhikari signals a new industrial push with talks of Ashok Leyland setting up a Singur plant, amid land-purchase plans and investment policy. “We will certainly do something in Singur. We have held preliminary discussions with the reputed commercial heavy vehicle manufacturer Ashok Leyland," Suvendu Adhikari said.
