The Supreme Court has permitted certified green crackers in Delhi-NCR on November 7 and 8 for Diwali, with strict bursting hours, restricted zones and a complete ban from November 9. For Delhi-NCR, the question before every Diwali is whether the sky will be allowed to light up. On Monday, the Supreme Court gave an answer.
