Referring to the cash seizure at a press conference at the state secretariat Nabanna late Wednesday night, Adhikari alleged that money meant for the state exchequer was diverted to TMC offices. The recovery was made by Diamond Harbour Police District after the interrogation of Sumit Roy, personal assistant to Diamond Harbour MP and TMC leader Abhishek.
