Environmental activist Ajay Dubey has demanded an FIR against ACS Aniruddha Mukherjee, alleging he assumed the MPPCB chairmanship without a formal appointment order. Dubey questioned administrative decisions, industrial clearances and financial powers exercised since July 2026. He also sought a Lokayukta investigation and dismissal. The allegations have not been independently verified.
