Members of the Muslim community, including students from madrassas, participated in large numbers in the BJP’s ‘Loktantra Bachao-Arajakta Hatao’ march in the presence of chief minister Yogi Adityanath in the city on Wednesday. The participation of Muslims emerged as a talking point during the event, with several participants expressing support for the BJP and predicting that the party would return to power in Uttar Pradesh in 2027, with Yogi Adityanath as chief.
