Tesla is facing a formal complaint in South Korea over allegations that it misled customers about its Full Self-Driving (FSD) technology. Consumer advocacy group Citizens United for Consumer Sovereignty alleges that the company sold the expensive driver-assistance software to tens of thousands of buyers whose vehicles cannot legally use it. The complaint adds to scrutiny over Tesla’s claims and the availability of its automated driving features.
