Bengaluru: Karnataka has stepped up its campaign against rice smuggling and illegal stockpiling, with the Food and Civil Supplies Department seizing more than 18 lakh kg of rice and over 250. Karnataka government cracks down on ration rice smuggling, seizes over 17 lakh kg of commodities and files 238 FIRs as part of ongoing raids against illegal diversion of foodgrains.
