The Class 3 boy who brutally thrashed a kindergarten girl at a Panchkula school needs immediate treatment, psychologists who evaluated him at a Chandigarh hospital have said in their report. The assault continued even after the girl lost consciousness. The boy also dragged her around the school premises for some time, adding to the horror of the incident.
