As Cyclone Murasu approaches, Kalahandi district administration stepped up preparedness measures on Monday, even as the storm is expected to have a limited impact on the district. Accordingly, all the private and government schools, Anganwadi centres are to remain closed in Odisha’s Kalahandi on November 3.
