MHADA will hand over keys to 557 free 500 sq. ft. 2BHK rehabilitation flats to N.M. Joshi Marg–Lower Parel BDD Chawl families on November 6. Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis will distribute the homes at Nariman Point. The first phase is part of a larger project covering 2,560 tenements.
