She was the daughter-in-law of the owner of Zhambre Palace, a wedding venue in the south of the city. A 33-year-old woman and her six-year-old son died after falling from the 18th floor of a Pune residential building. Police recovered an eight-page note and launched an investigation. Police said CCTV footage from the building showed Ekta and her son taking a lift to the 18th floor.
